Objectives

  • Help describing the achievements of careers to-date and to articulate objectives for the future. This is achieved through role paying interviews with former senior executives who come from a wide variety of industries (see list below). These interviews are videotaped.

  • Manage self-image: take a critical look and see yourself as others see you without delusions. Gain a clear understanding of your external projection. Close the gap between self-image and what others see.

  • Assist in the understanding that interviewers react to their own perceptions, which are not always the same as the interviewee's intentions achieving understanding that everybody perceives the world through a specific filter consisting of personality, values, experiences and mood/feelings.

  • Make introductions to the leading executive search companies as Egon Zehnder, Heidrick & Struggles, Korn/Ferry International, Spencer Stuart, and others.
