C areer focus, not the path of least resistance. Taking existing behavioral patterns as given is the path of least resistance. We help our clients to understand human driving forces and behavior. The goal is to invest in their most important asset: their own personality to grow their opportunities.

C hallenge with empathy. Consultants do not add value by telling their clients what they want to hear, or by thinking that they know better. We bring challenge to our clients, while seeking to understand what makes achieving change uniquely difficult, never forgetting that our business is to serve.

Ideas and some personal engagements, not an enormous long client list. We have the courage of our conviction to concentrate our resources. We only accept new client engagements if together we are convinced that we will have impact to increase the capabilities and the performance, and that justifying our fees over is never in question.

Claudia Daeubner

Claudia Daeubner founded in 1999 SUCCESS & CAREER CONSULTING INTERNATIONAL to make her international experience (Western Europe, Central & Eastern Europe, CIS, Asia-Pacific, USA) available to a wide range of executives and companies.

Claudia looks back on nearly ten years in the Executive Search business where she acted as a Managerial Mentor in her international functions. Mainly in Emerging Markets she had the role of a Management Educator.

After five years as senior partner with H. Neumann Int. she was Vice-President at the world’s largest executive search company, Korn/Ferry Int. helping colleagues all over Europe to achieve their specific performance goals, concentrating on European Headquarters of companies like: IBM, Lucent Technologies, Coca-Cola, Monsanto/AHP, Pfizer, Abbott Laboratories, Shell, British American Tobacco, Swarovski, Kraft Jacobs Suchard, Heinz, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, United Biscuits, Avon, Boots Healthcare, Astra, Benckiser, CPW / Nestlé, Bristol Myers Squibb, DEC, Compaq, Eli Lilly, Groupe Schneider, Holderbank, Hewlett Packard, Interbrew, Landis & Gyr, Masterfoods, Boehringer Mannheim / Roche, AT&T / NCR, Duracell, Siemens Nixdorf, Unilever, Vetropack, SmithKline Beecham and Philip Morris.

She started her career at AEG in South Africa. Claudia has a commercial education including Executive Programs from Harvard and a multicultural background.

Since the beginning of 1999 she counsels local and international Top-Managers. References from international & national clients are available on request.

Claudia Daeubner is a member of the Rotary Club and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) in the USA.
